State regulation of foreign trade is carried out in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, Federal Law 8.12.2003g. № 164-FZ "On the basis of state regulation of foreign trade activities", other federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation through:
- Customs and tariff regulation;
- Non-tariff regulation;
- Prohibitions and restrictions on foreign trade in services and intellectual property;
- Measures of economic and administrative measures to promote the development of foreign trade and under this law.
