Commission quotes
Quoted committee reviews the nominees price quotes and is the table of applications, which provides a list of suppliers that submitted quotations, bid prices, compliance with the applicant supply conditions stipulated in the request for price quotations. These quotations are estimated Quoted Commission in terms of their compliance with the required consumer characteristics required medication, acceptability to the customer's delivery schedule and order of payment. From the quoted applications that meet the specified requirements, recognized the winning one in which a specified minimum price.
Quoted commission prepares a protocol on the procurement procedures, which shall contain the following information:
1. name and quantity of purchased products (in physical and value terms);

3. number and name of suppliers, which has been asked to quote prices;
4. number and name of suppliers, from whom received Quotes Proposal (quotations)
5. Table of quoted applications received;
6. the name of the winner and awarded a contract basis.
Protocol, signed by President Quoted Commission and approved by the director, serves as a basis for concluding a contract with the winner. Written notice of acceptance Quoted successful application within three days after the customer has submitted its protocol sent to the supplier. The other contenders in the same period, sent the message to reject their applications.
