In the sphere of commercial activity for such services include market research, advertising services, on competitive bidding, on execution of the role of general contractors, etc.

Such services are compensated on contracts stipulating that the perpetrator is obliged by order of the customer to perform certain acts or to carry out certain activities.
Essentially, these services also are contracting the nature and mainly performed in person, unless otherwise specified by the contract. Legal regulation of contracts paid service subject to the same articles of the Civil Code that contracts for industrial and domestic outsourcing. Therefore, principles of onerous conditions for the enforcement of contracts are the same as described in Sec. III, but with the following features.

Unless otherwise provided by law or by contract with the inability to provide services to the customer's fault, they should be paid to the Executive in full, and if for this inability is neither one side, then the customer shall reimburse the Executive actually incurred.
