Tips for a deal countertrade

Since the conclusion of the contract depends on the counter on both sides, they should consider the following recommendations to protect their interests:

1. To oblige the main importer to conclude a contract counterclaim, the exporter must be specified in the main contract, that if the main importer of its own making does not conclude in a timely counter-contract, it will be obliged to pay the principal exporter to the rest of the principal amount of the contract. In addition, the primary exporter may reserve the right to recover from the main importer of damages caused by the delay in the implementation of opposing obligations.

2. To avoid possible accusations of major importers in that it suggested the main exporter to counter the supply of unnecessary goods he or delivery of unacceptable prices, should seek to stipulate in the contract, mainly the list of goods that are acceptable to the counter supply, their main characteristics, prices or methods for their determination.
